The 7 Skills for Life


IF YOU DO WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS DONE, YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN.

Now is the time to take leaps of faith and do things differently in our lives. The 7 Skills for Life are based on Universal Principles and Laws that govern our human journey. Learning about, understanding and applying these principles will help us move into a flowing rhythm that reflects our natural state of being. We are made whole and complete and “playing” with these principles will help us to recognize the truth of who we are.

1. Thought is the beginning of all creation. Everything we create begins with a thought.
2. Perception is our personal view of our world and our experiences. By “trying on” different perceptions we learn, grow and are free to create experiences we would rather have.
3. Choice and Accountability holds us accountable for our lives. We choose our feelings and we can always choose again to create a different life experience.
4. Cause and Effect is simple. What you send out, you get back. If you focus on negative feelings and perceptions then you will get negative experiences. If you focus on the positive you will create positive experiences.
5. Abundance and Gratitude describes a fundamental law to our existence. When you are grateful for all of your experiences, positive and negative, then the Universe will respond to you with abundance of all things. Gratitude opens your heart and opens the doors for more positve energy in your life.
6. Health and Healing is the process of getting in touch with and maintaining your natural state of wholeness which exists physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We are each responsible for our health on all levels.
7. Harmony and Rhythm is the union of all of the principles. By applying and practicing these principles you have the power to bring your life into harmony.
